Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs) are employer-funded accounts used to supplement the primary health care insurance coverage offered. Most of the time, HRAs reimburse a portion of the expenses that applied to the deductible under your medical plan. Each HRA is unique and specific to your employer's plan.

ONLINE	Login to MyFlex. Select Request Payment button at top of screen. Then email, fax or mail your receipts to Custom Design Benefits. Retain copies for your records.

Checking Your HRA Balance
There are 4 ways to access your HRA balance:
	Use the automated phone line at 866-598-2939 for toll-free, 24/7 access to account balance and reimbursement information
	Call us at 800-598-2929 - We are available Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5pm EST
	Login to MyFlexOnline at left for secure access to your information. If you have trouble logging on, CLICK HERE .
	When HRA claims are processed, you will receive an Explanation of Benefits showing your remaining balance.

Getting HRA Reimbursements Custom Design Benefits will send you a check for the amount due which is then used to pay your healthcare expenses. We normally issue checks on a weekly basis.
