	Use the automated phone line at 866-598-2939 for toll-free, 24/7 access to account balance and reimbursement information
	To speak to a Flexible Benefits Administrator, call 800-598-2929 Customer Service - hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5pm EST
	Login to MyFlexOnline at left for secure access to your information. If you have trouble logging on, CLICK HERE .
	When HRA claims are processed, you will receive an Explanation of Benefits showing your remaining balance.
