Julie D. Mueller

President & CEO

Serving in the health care field throughout her career, Julie D. Mueller joined Custom Design Benefits in 2003, after 20 years as senior executive for a national TPA. As President and CEO, Julie leads a dynamic service-oriented organization, ready to administer your custom, self-funded benefits plans and consumer driven accounts.

Amanda Guinan

Vice President, Business Development & Compliance

Backed by 25 years in the benefits industry, Amanda Guinan joined CDB in 2009. Amanda develops innovative cost containment products and services and manages CDB’s complete compliance services. Her Account Management team ensures new customers are onboarded seamlessly with continued support after implementation.

Steve Fiorino

Vice President, Operations

Steve joined CDB in 2021, bringing almost 20 years of TPA experience in Compliance and Operations Management. Steve leads all operational functions across CDB lines of business, with a focus on constant process improvement and development of a strong and knowledgeable customer service and operations team.
