Accessing Your FSA

Custom Flex Card

Members with our Flexible Spending Account (FSA) have several easy ways to access their account:

  • FSA CARD. Use your FSA card - pay the healthcare or daycare provider with a quick swipe.

    Certain expenses do not require any documentation while others now require a prescription from your doctor. See more details about using your FSA Card.

  • GET A CHECK. Pay the FSA expense directly, submit your receipt when you want to be reimbursed.

  • DIRECT DEPOSIT. By completing the Direct Deposit Form (available on FORMS & FAQs page), reimbursements can be deposited directly into your designated bank account when payments are made. This service is not offered by all employers.
